    For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:

    • More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
    • 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
    • 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
    • 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
    • Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.

    Notes:

    • There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
    • For no show cases, there will be no refund.
    • All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by Asia Travel Package

    In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given

Itineraries

Day 1: Hanoi - Halong

08h00 – 08h30: Optional pick-up at hotel and start the scenic, 3 and ½ hour drive to Halong Bay.
12h30 – 13h00: Embark on V’Spirit Classic Cruise followed by a short cruise briefing.
13h30 – 14h30: Savor a delectable lunch as V’Spirit Classic cruises among the limestone islands.
15h00 – 16h00: Explore the amazing Sung Sot Cave - the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay.
16h00 – 17h00 :Cruising to Titov island. Go swimming and relaxing at the beach of Titov or climb up to the top of the island for a panorama view of Halong Bay.
17h00 – 17h30: Return to the main boat and continue cruising to the quiet area while enjoy beautiful seascape on the way.
17h30 – 19h00: Enjoy Sunset Party on sundeck and admire the best moments of the day when the sun starts to set.
19h00: Dinner is served. Socialize with other guests, take part in board games, fish for squid, or just laze around.

Day 2: Halong - Hanoi
06h30 – 07h00 Start your day with Tai Chi exercises or a photo hunt.
07h00 – 07h30 Have breakfast on board and enjoy the peaceful morning of Halong Bay.
08h30 – 09h30 Kayak among the hidden areas of the bay, around the Drum Cave.
09h45 Return to the boat. Freshen up and check out of your cabin.
10h00 – 10h30 Continue your cruise exploring the Bay, passing Ba Hang fishing village, Dog Islet, and more.
10h30 – 11h30 While heading back to the harbor, watch the fruit carving demonstration and participate in the Cooking Class before enjoying a traditional Vietnamese lunch.
11h45 – 12h00 Disembark V’Spirit Classic.
12h15 – 12h30 Transfer back to Hanoi.
Trip finishes at around 17h00.

I always tell people that there are somethings that you should spend you money on when traveling and some things that you shouldn't! You should definitely spend money here! The boat had this rustic feel to it which I loved. The food was a buffet for lunch, supper and breakfast. The selection was great. You have to pay for your drinks. We had a class making Vietnamese rolls. Early morning there was a Tai chi class which I really enjoyed. Some activities were included such as visiting a cave, tip top island for swimming and the viewpoint overlooking the entire bay(spectacular) and canoeing(my first time). The boat rooftop was great for having drinks and socializing with guests. At night they played music and you could catch jellyfish. This was such a memorable experience. I would do it again.

The tour was so lovely and the bay was amazing, so quiet and peaceful. The excursions were good too but nothing beat just sitting on the top deck with a beer enjoying the sun and the view as we cruised around the bay! Rooms were lovely and the shower was actually one of the best we've had during our 2+ months travelling. We had a great time on the tour with Peter, from start to finish he told us all about Vietnam and Halong Bay's history and his English was perfect! The whole staff were great and provided great customer service. Would definitely recommend this tour!

I can’t explain how beautiful this cruise was everything about it was stunning and one of the most beautiful experience we had. Will put it in points to make it easier. Rooms- was okay can get better, A/C was alright and not working properly for the size of the room. Food- in abundance but can do better. Activities- amazing the kayaking on the 2nd day is insane and I feel they have it the best. Guide- the best part of the trip was our guide superman. He was just amazing Man.Mike since we were only two of us it was very private and amazing. Overall a must do in Vietnam.

I went on a tour for 2 days 1 night and can't say enough good things about it. My guide was David Peter and he was truly exceptional. Very knowledgeable, fun and great at showing me around. The food was great, many Vietnamese classics and each as delicious as the last. If you want to experience the beauty of haylong bay and stay on a beautiful boat with traditional food, happy staff I heartily recommend this. The excursions to caves were magnificent. The kayaking and Tai chi was exceptional. As I say I couldn't be happier and the company is very reputable so no danger of being overcharged like other companies. Seriously go on this and ask for Peter as your guide. You won't regret it and it will happen a trip of a lifetime.

We have a great trip in V’spirit cruise. Ha long bay is marvelous, must see in Vietnam. And we have no word to describe how good the boat, the food - delicouse, the room -cozy and the staff, especially - Dan our tour guides , he has sense of humor , honestly , friendly and always available to help us. We really recommend you to spend your time in this cruise, worth every penny.
