Travel Bai Tu Long Bay Detail

Bai Tu Long Bay is situated in the Tonkin Gulf in the Northeast of Vietnam consisting of hundreds of small and large islands. This place has two distinct seasons: the hot and humid summer and dry and cold winter. The average temperature ranges from 15°C- 25°C. The population of the bay is about 30,000 people majoring in Van Don, Quan Lan, Ban Sen, and Ngoc Vung who mainly live on the fishery. 

Along with Halong Bay, Bai Tu Long Bay is a natural wonder of the world with stunning islands and white sandy beaches. Bai Tu Long ecological area of Van Don island stretches over an area of 100 hectares. It is built on the basis of the harmonious combination of traditional Asian architecture and the modern Western one. Visit Van Chai fishing village with the legend of the sea and enjoy the specialties such as fish, shrimps, crabs, mussels, snails, and squids.  Bai Tu Long National Park was chosen as one of the representative areas for marine conservation in Vietnam. 

Bai Tu Long Bay is home to high biodiversity with typical ecosystems such as mangrove ecosystems, coral reef ecosystems, and tropical forest ecosystems.
